Job Description
Technogym is seeking a Credit Collection Specialist to support the Finance team. The role involves managing accounts to recover overdue payments, proactively managing customer relationships, and maintaining accurate credit files. This is an on-site position in Jersey City, New Jersey.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in the role
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of Digital and IT tools
- Organization, with strong attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Knowledge of CRM management
