Job Description
Digital Technical Service Specialist role at Technogym, where you will join the ongoing development of our CRM area and manage the project deployment of digital transformation. As a key part of our international rollout, you will join our HQ IT team and contribute to our strategy in configuration, support, and improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in IT or related field (MSc or Ph.D. preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience in CRM implementation
- Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) configuration (certification is a plus)
- Familiarity with SAP SD/MM and ServiceMax is a plus
- Experience with Agile methodology and tools like Jira
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and Excel proficiency
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to train users, work cross-functionally, and manage tasks independently
