Job Description
This Logistics Specialist role in Zuid-Holland, Netherlands, is responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience through coordinated delivery and installation of products and accessories. The role involves managing the logistics process, partner communication, inventory, and ensuring accuracy in all operations. The focus is on building strong relationships with Sales and Customer Service and maintaining consistent delivery and installation quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Logistics Specialist
- Experience managing 3PL partners, including contract management and KPIs
- Strong communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
