We are a remote-first company that helps B2B tech buyers manage the complexity and risk of the buying process. We're looking for a Client Success Operations Coordinator to help us expand our company further and work collaboratively with the Client Success team.
Requirements
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets or MS Excel.
- Excellent communication skills across email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively during U.S. business hours.
