We are seeking a Legal Counsel, Commercial & Operations professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced SaaS environment. This role blends hands-on commercial contracting with legal operations enablement.
Requirements
- JD degree and active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 5–7 years of experience in commercial contracting in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS deal structures, subscription models, and data privacy considerations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Experience building or managing legal operations functions, including process design and AI-powered legal tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate legal language into business terms.
- Self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and making a meaningful impact in a nimble organization.
