Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in operations management, industrial engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in production planning in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent mastery of MRP/ERP systems and advanced Excel
• Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and results-oriented
• Autonomy, rigor, and ease of influence without hierarchical authority
