We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Requirements

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create clear, engaging job descriptions
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across various functions and levels
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, social networks, job boards, and other platforms to attract top talent
• Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess both technical skills and culture fit
• Manage and update candidate data in the recruiting system, maintaining an organized and up-to-date pipeline
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies, processes, and employer branding initiatives
