Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Embedded to lead our team, set technical direction, and drive business in embedded software development, especially in the automotive sector.
Requirements
- Documented leadership experience in embedded or product development, preferably with an automotive background.
- Automotive experience in embedded development (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, ISO 26262, AUTOSAR or similar).
- Deep technical expertise in embedded systems (C/C++, real-time, hardware bring-up, security) and system integration.
- Experience in driving business dialogues and developing customer relationships.
- Unrestricted knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Entrepreneurial spirit - you are triggered by taking something from idea to scalable business and being part of it from the start.
