Job Description
Financial Accountant role at Vax, a market-leading floor care brand. Hybrid working, 3 days in the office each week. Manage external and Group Internal audit, cost centres, and perform month-end duties.
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with deadline and deliverables focus
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills with high level of understanding of working with computerised systems
- Experience in using ERP systems & reporting capabilities, favourably Microsoft Dynamics.
- A strong technical understanding of UK GAAP, and IFRS group accounting, as well as having proven comprehensive consolidation experience.
- Experience in preparation of financial journals and management accounting
- Strong understanding of Corporation compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills, including ability to communicate effectively at all levels within VAX and with external stakeholders, and attention to detail and drive to personally succeed.
