The Facilities Assistant will be responsible for general facilities tasks, with the goal of maintaining a clean and organized workplace.
Requirements
- Cleanup and organizational activities.
- Assisting maintenance with assignments facilities
- Keeping the Cleanrooms neat, clean and organized.
- Verifies effectiveness of repairs, improvements and ensures product produced meets specification.
- Maintains all required documentation when necessary to ensure process accountability.
- Identifies and reports hazards as recognized to Safety, Quality and Production when necessary.
- Wear all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when necessary.
- Perform routine walkthroughs of the facility to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, or housekeeping issues.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of common areas, maintenance rooms, and storage spaces.
- Assist with basic repairs including lighting, minor plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Support preventive maintenance activities by coordinating schedules and ensuring documentation is completed.
- Monitor and restock facility supplies (janitorial, safety, office, etc.).
