Job Description
TechWolf is looking for a Product Designer to take end-to-end ownership of the user experience and design system across the Techwolf product portfolio. As our first in-house designer, you will play a foundational role in shaping how design influences our product strategy, delivery velocity, and overall user satisfaction.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product or UX Designer
- Deep UX research experience
- Strong product thinking
- Proficient in Figma and familiar with tools like Adobe XD
- Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems
- Strong communication skills
- Curiosity about users, especially HR personas working in enterprise workflows
