Job Description
The TechWolf Professional Services team prepares customers for success in a skills-based world. As one of the key customer-facing teams, the PS team ensures customers are in exactly the right place to make an impact with their data and skill infrastructure. Our Skills Transformation Consultants work closely with customers to take them from ready-to-use skill data to business impact.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR Technology or HR transformation projects
- Practical experience with HR and/or data analytics tooling such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Crunchr, Visier, etc.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and enjoys engaging with clients and conducting workshops and training.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work and communicate effectively
