The Tecnológico de Monterrey is looking for a Continuing Education Commercial Advisor to ensure the follow-up of assigned client groups and guarantee formal enrollment in Continuing Education programs. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, and CRM, and be passionate about new challenges and transforming Mexico through education.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field of knowledge
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, Excel management, and CRM
• Sales quota compliance
• Client follow-up and closure rate achievement
• Formal enrollment of participants in Continuing Education programs
• Local promotion activity planning and execution
