We are looking for a passionate and curious individual to join our team as an Attention Adviser. As an Attention Adviser, you will be responsible for offering an extraordinary experience to high-level collaborators, students, and parents. You will provide attention to their needs, respond to requests, and follow up on their concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.

Requirements

• Completed degree of any kind
• At least 1 year of experience working in client attention, academic services, and/or registrations
• Effective communication
• Intermediate English (B1) desirable
• Advanced spelling and writing
• Analysis capacity
• Organization
• Agility in learning
