Requirements
- Attend, respond, and give follow-up to any type of request, question, concern, and complaint from publics
- Offer a courteous and warm treatment at all times
- Accompany and channel user requests in a timely and correct manner
- Register interactions with users in the service management system
- Collaborate with other work cells and functional areas in contingency and/or overload situations
