Requirements
- Ensure that institutional values are lived and the fulfillment of institutional regulations is met.
- Guarantee the active participation of Atlético and Deportivo staff in institutional events.
- Effective management of the team and resources under your charge, in the framework of institutional values.
- Responsible for the proper management of the academic load of the instructors.
- Involve students as agents of change in the management of the institution, in order to promote entrepreneurship, connect the student community, and strengthen the sense of belonging.
- Make known the offer of student life options, as well as channel the needs of students for the creation and design of new programs.
- Lead the attraction and retention of Deportivo talent through the proactive recruitment of students with outstanding talents in this discipline, in collaboration with the Admissions and Scholarships area.
- Facilitate and manage conflicts in which students are involved, in accordance with the General Student Regulations.
- Collaborate proactively with the different members of the Tec community.
- Contribute to the obtainment of sponsorships for the self-financing of student projects and activities.
