This role focuses on academic success, holistic well-being, and supporting students throughout their journey. Responsibilities include creating strategic plans, maintaining strong communication with parents, supervising mentoring programs, and promoting intercultural experiences.

Requirements

• Degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Education, Human Development (Title and Certificate)
• 2+ years of experience working as a teacher or tutor for adolescents
• Intercultural experience (Vocational Mentor), knowledge of world trends
• Strong team and communication skills
• Event organization and coordination experience
