Job Description
Tecsys is seeking a fullstack developer to join their Performance and Scalability team. They are expanding their India team, building a global support model, and focusing on automating performance testing for Swift. The role involves building responsive UIs, optimizing backend services, and collaborating with a diverse team in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in React, Python Flask, and API design
- Experience building UI components, data-driven dashboards, and developer-facing tools
- Comfortable with PostgreSQL and designing performant queries
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows (GitLab/GitHub)
- Strong experience deploying applications on AWS EC2 and managing cloud-native resources
- Ability to design multi-container architectures
- Understanding of containerized test engines and scaling
- Knowledge of multi-threaded and parallel test execution strategies
- Solid understanding of automation tools (JMeter, Selenium, Playwright)
- Familiarity with AI/ML workflows
- Experience with prompt engineering or LLM integration
