SaaS Project Manager (WMS/ERP)

Tecsys is a fast-growing innovator offering supply chain solutions. We are looking for a SaaS Project Manager to work on customer implementations, managing multiple concurrent projects and coordinating technical and functional activities.

Requirements

• Manage multiple software implementation projects concurrently, from start to finish.
• Oversee the end-to-end budget lifecycle, including resources planning, forecasting, time reporting, and invoicing.
• Define and document project scope, schedule, milestones, and deliverables that support our customers' business objectives.
• Ensure project alignment with internal proprietary implementation methodology and best practices.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of a multi-disciplinary team of consultants and experts.
• Track project against the plan, anticipate risks, and recommend corrective action.
• Report weekly on project status and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with internal partners and external vendors/consultants.
