Commercial Roofing Project Manager

Tecta America East is seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager for their Jessup, Maryland location. The role involves coordinating administrative tasks, managing bids, and fostering client relationships. Responsibilities include budget monitoring, project oversight, and documentation coordination. This is a full-time position for those experienced in commercial roofing.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of construction industry experience
• Strong critical skills, including planning and organizing, problem identification and resolution, multi-tasking, follow-through, priority setting, and a sense of urgency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD
• Experience with Procore, E-Builder, SharePoint
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Valid US driver’s license
