Entry Level Commercial Roofer

The Melanson Company is looking for an entry-level roofer in Rutland, VT. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial roofing systems.

Requirements

• Commercial roofing experience preferred
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally
• Ability to work in an outdoor setting with varying weather conditions
• Bending, kneeling, climbing ladders
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain a strong level of professionalism
• Reliable transportation to and from jobsites/warehouse
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age
