Requirements
- Practical experience in the food industry or industrial manufacturing
- Experience in leading employees
- Funded knowledge of EDV applications (SAP an advantage)
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Goal-oriented and solution-oriented work style, resilience, and structured work method
- Analytical skills, network thinking, and teamwork
