Chargé de recrutement (h/f)

TEHORA is seeking a Recruiter to join a polyvalente team. The Recruiter will be responsible for full onboarding, follow-up, identifying passive candidates, and providing assistance to managers during interviews and candidate selection. They will contribute to talent attraction and acquisition through various channels. Requirements

• 3 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment
• Experience in recruitment agency
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive initiative and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ethical handling of HR information
• Autonomy and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage 15-20 open positions
• Strong communication skills (English and written)
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office
