Scrum Master

Tek Spikes is seeking a Scrum Master to guide development teams in delivering high-quality software projects using an agile environment. The role focuses on facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing obstacles, coaching team members, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Requirements

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support the product owner in maintaining the product backlog.
• Remove impediments and provide solutions.
• Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Monitor and report on progress and metrics.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Promote self-organization and accountability.
• Engage with other Scrum Masters and agile coaches.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is preferred.
