We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Business Central Functional Consultant to work as a functional consultant understanding customer business requirements, converting these into Business Central solution options and clearly explaining to the customer how their requirement is mapped to a standard or customised solution.
Requirements
- Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its add-on products configuration, support, training, and documentation
- Work with the team (Business central, Power Platform, SharePoint) with experienced colleagues
- Work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and solution specifications
- Ensure high standards of customer engagement and services are maintained
- Expected to complete work-related training and learning with the goal of obtaining relevant Microsoft Certifications
- Strong Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation experience
- Experienced in the change management process and coordinating with technical resources to create solution design documents
- Strong Interpersonal skills with ability to support and communicate with users on all levels
- Excellent English, written and Oral
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
- A strong desire and ability to learn new platforms and technologies
- Relevant third level qualification in Business or IT (advantageous but not essential)
- Relevant functional and technical accreditations highly desirable
