We're looking for a Design Operations Specialist II to support our design team's day-to-day operations, improving how we work together by assisting with process updates, maintaining simple workflows, and supporting the team in staying organised and aligned.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in a Design and Learning Operations or a related operations role.
- Proven experience with JIRA administration and customisation for large teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting and dashboard creation (JIRA, Confluence, Airtable).
