Staff Business Applications Engineer (Salesforce Lead - Sales Cloud)

Tekion is seeking a Staff Business Applications Engineer – Salesforce Lead to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce Sales Cloud and Partner Portal ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in a lead or architect-level capacity
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud (Lead, Opportunity, Pipeline, Forecasting, and Territory Management)
• Experience implementing or integrating Partner Portals, ideally connected to Impartner or similar partner management platforms
• Deep understanding of Sales processes, partner operations, and data security models
• Strong technical skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce APIs
• Proven ability to lead complex Salesforce projects end-to-end
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
