The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of recruiting experience, previous experience in a hyper-growth SaaS company, and working knowledge of ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting
- Previous experience working in a hyper growth SaaS company
- Working knowledge of ATS platforms (Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem)
- Proactive Ownership: Takes initiative without waiting to be asked, anticipates needs, and drives action
- Influence & Persuasion: Builds alignment and momentum across stakeholders to move processes ahead
- Highly Organized & Efficient: Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple open roles, hiring processes, and competing priorities without dropping the ball
- Excellent Communicator & Relationship-Builder: Builds trust and credibility with candidates and stakeholders; ensures a high-touch, thoughtful experience throughout the hiring journey
