Talent Acquisition Manager (Recruiter)

Talent Acquisition Manager (Recruiter) is needed to source and engage top-tier talent for Tekmetric's fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of recruiting experience, previous experience in a hyper-growth SaaS company, and working knowledge of ATS platforms and sourcing tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting
• Previous experience working in a hyper growth SaaS company
• Working knowledge of ATS platforms (Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem)
• Proactive Ownership: Takes initiative without waiting to be asked, anticipates needs, and drives action
• Influence & Persuasion: Builds alignment and momentum across stakeholders to move processes ahead
• Highly Organized & Efficient: Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple open roles, hiring processes, and competing priorities without dropping the ball
• Excellent Communicator & Relationship-Builder: Builds trust and credibility with candidates and stakeholders; ensures a high-touch, thoughtful experience throughout the hiring journey
• Self-Motivated & Adaptable: Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments; operates with initiative and flexibility even as priorities shift and needs evolve
