Production Tech I

We are seeking a Production Tech I to join our team at Tekni-Plex. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing all work in accordance with established safety procedures, directing the production and maintenance process, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures
• Direct responsibility for the production and maintenance process
• Assure team is fulfilling procedures including setup, change overs, GMP's, safety, quality, packaging specs, etc.
• Perform maintenance activities such as cleaning, inspection, lubrication and corrective routines
• Participate in preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance
• Support other job modules when knowledge is needed
• Actively participate in improvement projects and support organizational projects
• Participate in department meetings and analyze root causes of failures
• Assist with training coordinated by HR
• Perform other related duties as assigned
