Technical Program Manager

Join Telavox as a Technical Program Manager to drive complex projects, manage key technology partners, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for managing external dialogues, tracking device support, and coordinating testing for new software. As a critical part of this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to help deliver on our roadmap and assist with regulatory compliance for mobile and fixed telephony.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in technical project management
• Experience in vendor or partner management, ideally with mobile device manufacturers or technology suppliers
• Understanding of the mobile ecosystem (devices, SIMs, network services, regulatory landscape)
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities
