Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned sales professional to lead our sales team in the Americas region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, experience working with manufacturers' representatives and OEM accounts, and a deep understanding of the measurement and instrumentation industry. The role will involve developing sales strategies, managing a team of 7-10 staff, and driving growth and revenue in the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Physical science, or Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum of 15 years' experience working with manufacturers' representatives and OEM accounts within the measurement or instrumentation industry
- Direct experience of air quality monitoring instruments or applications
- Experience managing both direct sales teams and distribution networks
- Strong planning, organization and execution skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Self-starter, able to work with minimal day-to-day supervision
- Proficiency in Windows based office tools and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel within the USA, Latin America & Canada at least 50% of the time
