Manufacturing Technician

We are seeking an experienced assembler who has the ability to perform a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies or sub-assemblies. The role requires excellent manual dexterity, manufacturing knowledge, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Follow production drawings, procedures and work instructions in detail
• Ensure that quality checks are completed throughout the manufacturing process
• Operate and set up Dage 400 and K & S 4124 Manual Wire Bonding equipment
• Perform Bond Pull, Die Shear and Sheer Strength Test as determined by Supervisor
• Delicate hand assembly of electronics devices using solder, epoxy, and wire bonding techniques specifically under the microscopes
• Inspect completed work to quality requirements
