Requirements

• Experience in a similar role or in a technical support environment
• IT formation
• Knowledge of cybersecurity
• Higher degree in computer systems administration and networks
• Technical Superior in Multiplatform Application Development
• IT formation or experience in some IT area
• Good task organization, teamwork ability
• Capacity to evaluate situations quickly and take informed decisions
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
