Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Engineer and Storage Administration to join our team at Telefónica Tech. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and administering storage solutions for our clients, with a focus on Netapp technology and Brocade networks. The role involves deploying and configuring storage infrastructure, handling requests and incidents, and ensuring service levels are met.
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in similar positions
- Deep technical knowledge of Netapp storage and other technologies (Hitachi, Dell, HPE, etc.)
- Knowledge of SAN-based Brocade networks
- Desirable technical knowledge in data backup technologies (Veritas Netbackup, Dell Avamar, Commvault, Veeam, etc.)
- Desirable technical knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, OVM, Hyper-V), LAN networks, system administration, MS Exchange, MS Sharepoint, etc.
- Desirable knowledge of scripting and ITIL
