Job Description
Telemedi is a healthcare technology company seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead their IT team. The role involves hands-on management of the software development team, active participation in the programming process, and maintaining high quality standards. The CTO will contribute to the company's technology strategy and mentor team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-year experience in a leading managerial position in a programming team
- Advanced knowledge of PHP and web technologies ecosystem
- Experience in leading software development projects
- Ability to effectively manage the team and motivate it
- Knowledge of latest trends in web technologies and AI
- Good knowledge of English (minimum B2)
- Startup mindset - flexibility, initiative and openness to change
- Good knowledge of English (minimum B2)
- Experience in a logistics or healthcare industry
