Chinese Talent Acquisition Partner (Bangkok)

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or any Equivalent field.
• Local Thai who is fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Minimum of 2 years as a recruiter, BPO background will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks is preferred
• Comfortable in talking with people either through phone or physically
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
