Customer Service Representative (Thai agent) providing information and services to customers and vendors through chat and email channels, building relationships and meeting performance standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience as a Chat/Email Agent
• Good attitude and strong service-oriented mindset
• Ability to think quickly and solve problems under pressure
• Good typing skills (at least 30 words per minute)
• Attention to detail and interest in learning new technologies
• Good command of the Thai language (both written and spoken)
