A strong understanding of AI trends and collaboration skills are essential.
Requirements
- Strong background in AI & BI tools
- Matric Equivalent
- Microsoft Excel proficient
- Minimum 2 Years’ experience as Innovation Specialist/Change or similar
- Lean six sigma background (Advantageous)
- Proven experience in leading innovation projects or similar, ideally with a focus on customer and agent experiences
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and foster collaboration
- Up to date with AI and technology trends
- Strong communication and leadership skills
