Job Description
The Operations Assistant Manager role supports the continued growth of the campaign by monitoring, evaluating and improving the effectiveness of Quality standards. Requirements
- 2-3 Years' experience as an Operations Manager within the BPO sector
- Proven experience in management of a contact center
