Procurement Specialist - Indonesian- KL

Procurement Specialist is responsible for initiating a preliminary review of invoices, conducting a secondary review, and ensuring completion of the filing process within 24 hours. The role also involves submitting payment requests, resolving system issues, and providing assistance with tax assessment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement payments, procurement operations, or financial payments
• Proficiency in English at CEDR B1/B2 equivalent or higher level
• Minimum typing speed of 40wpm with a 90% accuracy score
• Computer literate and fully conversant in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
