The Cargo Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all cargo sales and operational activities for Turkish Cargo, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in air cargo sales and operations, with at least 5–8 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of air freight markets, pricing strategies, and cargo handling procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in using cargo management systems and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
