The Executive, Air Operations will be based in Hong Kong and transport cargo to over 100 stations across Asia. The role requires a strong team player who can lead in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Research customs requirements and attach necessary documentations during the declaration process
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation for shipments
- Deal with CTO on special arrangements for transporting delicate cargoes
- Monitor traffic activities for load quality and accuracy
- Manage relationship with CTO and Vendors to achieve efficiency in cargo retrieval and submission process
- Proactively monitor delivery movement from origin to destination
- Ensure shipment transition remains within SLA
- Monitor vendors to handle parcel handover with accuracy and smooth flows
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to operation
