Job Description

They are seeking a Senior Field Engineer to drive adoption and expansion of their software solutions in a customer environment. The role focuses on providing technical support, training, and resolving complex issues for key clients.
Requirements
- BSc or Master Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years experience in customer-facing software onboarding, software services, solution architecting, or system administration roles.
- Linux administration skills.
- Hands-on experience with one of the major public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes and prior hands-on experience.
- Exceptional hands-on software troubleshooting skills.
