Job Description
Teleport is seeking a Solutions Architect to design, build, and implement complex distributed systems. The role involves hands-on coding, system architecture, technical leadership, performance optimization, and mentoring. It's a hands-on role suitable for individuals who can contribute to building scalable solutions and ensuring system excellence across teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years in software engineering
- 3-5 years as a Solutions Architect or Principal Engineer
- Experience in building and scaling distributed systems in eCommerce, logistics, or fintech
- Deep coding experience in Java (Spring Boot, Micronaut) and familiarity with Python
- Strong experience in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, GraphDB (Neo4j), and NoSQL (Cassandra, DynamoDB).
- Expert in GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD
- Understanding of API security, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and cloud security best practices
- Strong decision-making and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on mindset
