Customer Success Manager

Telesign is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure a seamless customer journey from onboarding through post-sales support, driving satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value.

Requirements

• Graduate degree
• 2-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong understanding of the wholesale telecommunications business
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong commercial acumen
• Creative problem-solver and proactive thinker
• Team player able to manage multiple customers and changing needs
