Requirements

• Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of organizational training and development initiatives
• Prepare graphic materials, presentations, and digital content for development programs
• Participate in internal communication of training initiatives
• Provide administrative follow-up on training records
• Support the application of surveys and satisfaction or impact evaluations of programs
• Collaborate in the creation of innovative learning experiences
• Participate in organizational development projects
