Job Description
TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a skilled Data Center Field Technician III Lead with strong experience in data center environments, particularly rack & stack deployments, fiber work, and DC power integration. The role involves physical installation, testing, and documentation of telecom hardware, ensuring high-quality project delivery. They are looking for team members who thrive in fast-paced environments and can travel extensively to support network infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- Perform rack & stack installations in data centers and central offices.
- Execute fiber cabling tasks including running, cleaning, scoping, and terminating fiber patch cords.
- Conduct DC power work including -48V rectification and PDU installations.
- Assist in basic testing of hardware.
- Read and interpret Engineering Design Packages (EDPs) and Visio drawings.
- Perform site audits, inspections, and virtual audits.
- Follow Methods of Procedure (MOP) prior to and during job execution.
- Maintain clean and safe job sites.
- Operate and maintain company vehicles, tools, and test equipment safely.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary technical training preferred.
