Job Description
TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a skilled and reliable Data Center Field Technician III Lead with a strong background in data center and central office environments, specializing in rack & stack deployments, fiber work, and DC power integration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IP Transport experience
- High school diploma required; post-secondary technical training preferred
- Direct Central Office and Data Center experience
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in data center environments
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, fiber tools, and power tools
- Good understanding of DC power systems, ESD handling, and fiber optics
- Strong time management, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to follow structured MOPs and escalate issues as needed
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and mobile reporting tools
