Job Description
The Technical Solutions Engineer at Telit serves as a trusted technical advisor to Regional Sales Directors and enterprise customers, providing pre-sales support, POCs, and solution design. They need to resolve network/SIM/module/application issues, drive success for certification, and delight customers with troubleshooting and insightful collaboration. The role requires both deep knowledge of cellular technologies and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Partner with Sales on discovery to define connectivity strategies
- Build POCs and demos, configure connectivity services, and deliver results to stakeholders
- Lead first-time attachment and KPI baselining
- Troubleshoot complex issues and resolve them with root cause analysis
- Translate field learnings into sales collateral
