We are strengthening our team and looking for a Quality Assurance Manager (m/f) who will join our electronics manufacturing operations in Molėtai and ensure the daily quality processes are running smoothly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience in quality in a manufacturing company
• Practical experience working close to production and managing daily quality issues in the plant
• Good understanding of ISO 13485 standard requirements
• Leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Good English language skills (B2+)
